Had them come out for a hot water slab leak called at 8am and they arrived within the hour Antonio Peters and A new hire Angel arrived and assessed the problem where the leak was, found the problem and relocated my hot water line and fixed my water pressure which was way to high. Antonio and Angel were very easy to get along with very respectful, cool and very professional and were finished before 330pm! They are a bit pricey but I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, you go cheap you get cheap!

Just had our restroom sink clog and tried home remedies to fix it. Unfortunately, nothing worked. We called All City plumbing and Adolfo came out to help. He was professional, courteous and got right to the problem. He provided a few options to assist and explained the benefit of each. We had to go with the less expensive option and the repairs took 15 mins. Sink is no longer clogged and Adolfo advised of maintenance we should look out for in the future. Definitely happy with our service and will make All City our go to plumbers.

Beyond impressed with Sergio Chavez. Absolute professionalism and knowledge was amazing. He never tried to up sale or make me believe that I must pay for a fix that wasn’t necessary. He walked me through our problem, and explained to me every step of the way what caused our issue and how to resolve it. He offered preventive tips to follow to mitigate further issues. First let me say.. homeownership is NOT for the weak!! Being a first time homeowner of a 10+yr home, you tend to learn quickly about a lot of things before you are truly ready. So when our AC wasn’t getting cold like normal we naturally called for someone to come and inspect it. After a few diagnostic, quotes, and suggestions, we settled on this company, not saying that the other ones couldn’t get the job done. But, when you come across people who not only have the experience and training to the job, but empathy for someone whom they have never met to help you in 100+ degree weather, to get you right, says a lot about the person. Well we went from feeling like a job with a large $ sign to becoming a lifetime customer.
We were lucky enough to have Gary P (our technician) who was absolutely amazing and very thorough, come out and check out our system. He didn’t mind me standing off to the side and asking questions which he took the time to show and explained to me everything that he was doing as well as what was going on. What we learned was even bigger than any other diagnostic and quotes that was previously provided. We knew we needed to add Freon (based on the previous suggestions) but we didn’t understand why, but after further inspection Gary P. found a pinhole leak in our evaporator coil in the attic (saw the video for proof). The system just over time wore out. So we had to replace it which required an installation tech to come out. Well On a Friday afternoon, with temps getting even hotter over the weekend, we would’ve had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. But Gary P felt our pain and reached out to his team and was able to find their installation team of Gary L. and Miguel who agreed to come the same day to take care of it. We knew the installation time it was going to take was hours, but Gary L and Miguel showed up and handled business. With their dedication and hard work in that HOT attic, they installed it and got us running again WITHOUT having to comeback the next day.
I canNOT express my gratitude enough to them and their managers for allowing them to finish the job without worrying about the time. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend All City Plumbing and Air to anyone who is in need of repairs, maintenance, or service. Their exceptional customer service, staff, and pricing won us over.

We had a major plumbing issue with our main line the city came out on Friday 2/23/24 and ran a camera through their side of the street and said the block was on our side. Based on the city’s advice my Husband attempted to rent a snake from Home Depot, but was unable to remove the block Saturday afternoon. The city told us if the snake didn’t remove the block that we would need to hire a plumber to run a Hydro jet. I reached out on yelp to several recommended companies, All City Plumbing was the first one to reply. They said they could be out the next morning with a free assessment. They were my first choice because they had a five star rating on Yelp. They sent out a young man Franky. He gave his honest assessment and said that we would have to do the job in sections to make sure that a hydro jet was what was actually needed the job turned out to be bigger than what the city of Corona mentioned. So the great thing about All, City Plumbing is that they offer financing for big jobs which was a huge help and we went ahead and hired them. My husband is very particular and wanted Franky’s supervisor to come out and explain to us how the financing worked as well. Throughout the job Franky communicated with us every step of the way. The job was estimated to be done by Monday afternoon there was a delay due to the city inspector’s availability to inspect and sign off on Permits. We needed to replace 100 feet worth of piping and the job took a total of four days. I would hire All City Plumbing again and would recommend Franky for any job someone may have.
