In a nutshell, the service provided by this plumbing company and their technician, Jared, was excellent. I would strongly recommend Jared for his extensive knowledge, careful work, and genuine craftsmanship. I had an issue with my water heater - the flame went out and wouldn't stay on even after I tried to relight the pilot. Initially, I thought of replacing the entire unit, but Jared suggested a final attempt to replace the thermocouple. Luckily for us, it worked! The flame remained steady, and Jared even stayed a couple of hours to ensure it didn't go out. I'm really happy with the high-quality work provided by Jared and the professionalism of the plumbing company. I'll definitely contact them again if I need a water heater replacement.

Firstly, it's a rare occasion for me to give a full five-star review, but this particular plumbing service absolutely deserves it. Ernest came out and provided an estimate for replacing my drain field, but a fire hydrant had been installed on my property since the house was built. This left insufficient space to replace the drain field in accordance with the codes. Drawing from his extensive years of experience, Ernest suggested that jetting out the lines might rectify the issue of the septic system backing up. The job was booked for a few days later, and upon arrival, Ernest and his team immediately got to work. They discovered that a pipe had been damaged. Repairs were promptly carried out, and the lines were jetted and cleaned. Fast forward to six months later, the septic system is functioning as it should. The work done by Ernest and his team was top-notch. I highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in Riverside needing expert help with their drainage issues. Great job by great workers!

I can't express enough how superb Emergency Neighborhood Plumbing is. From the get-go, the service was impeccable. The lady at the reception, now known as Conner, was incredibly helpful. I narrated my issue, a problem that a previous plumber had failed to fix. Conner connected me with Marvin, the coordinator, who assured me they had sufficient line and the right tools to unclog my sewer line. Marvin later informed me that one of their crew members was nearby. Jared reached out to me around 7:30 pm and asked about my problem. He suggested trying to fix it that night, but mentioned it would be more effective if he had his camera. He attempted to clear the line but was unsuccessful. Here's where he truly impressed me. He told me not to pay him that night because he hadn't resolved the issue and that I could pay when he returned the next day to complete the job. Such honesty is rare in businesses these days. True to his word, Jared came back the next day and successfully cleared the line. The exceptional service from Emergency Neighborhood Plumbing, a family-run business, truly stands out. This isn't a corporate establishment, so the service here is top-tier. A huge thanks again to Jared for expertly unclogging my sewer line in Riverside!

Well, if your boiler gives up the ghost on a chilly evening, Emergency Neighborhood Plumbing is the outfit you'll want to ring up! I was relieved when my anxious call was answered by a real expert named Ernest, instead of an automated response or call center. I was even more thankful when I found out that a plumber would be at my doorstep in just over an hour. As promised, Ernest appeared on the scene to diagnose our issue. Firstly, what a friendly plumber he is! I'm always a bit wary of new service professionals, especially those who work after hours and generally charge sky-high fees. With Ernest, I didn't have this concern at all. He was personable, informed, and above all, honest. Most importantly, he managed to rectify our issue quickly and efficiently, without causing a dent in our savings! Their charges are certainly reasonable and competitive, and the job was done perfectly. I've already stored their contact in my phone and wouldn't think twice about reaching out to them again. Absolutely top-notch service, A+! I couldn't be happier. Update! This boiler has definitely tested our patience. We found ourselves reaching out to them again in the wee hours of a Tuesday morning because water was gushing out from the boiler. Jared was on the spot in no time to temporarily fix the issue until a more suitable time. He came back as promised once the day broke and sorted out the problem swiftly and for a fair price. Jared is incredibly friendly and is more than happy to explain the plumbing issues to clients who are interested in understanding. I have absolute trust in his team and would caution potential customers to be skeptical of any negative reviews about their work. If you come across a bad review against them, it's likely because the client was difficult, overly demanding, or simply unrealistic. Nobody does a better plumbing job than these guys. so pleased to have discovered emergency neighborhood plumbing! can't express enough the positive things about my experience with them. Jared, the plumber who arrived to replace my sewage ejector pump check valve was outstanding! he showed up on time, was professional and knew his stuff, taking the time to explain everything he was doing. while he was there, I queried him about my water filtration system and he explained everything in a way that i could comprehend. though a local small business in riverside, they provide round the clock emergency service and the rates are quite fair. would highly recommend!

As a fellow small business operator, I'm thrilled to have found another local business to resolve my plumbing problems. I recently secured a lease for a photography studio in Riverside. Shortly after we turned on the electricity, we discovered a slew of other issues that needed to be addressed before we could start renovating for our grand opening. We were in dire need of a new toilet and water heater. Additionally, we learned that some of our pipes were about to burst. Thankfully, Ernest and his team of experts identified this issue before it became a major problem that would have required much more extensive repairs. As someone who's not great at organizing things, I was incredibly grateful that the team could come out the same day I called them, arriving within an hour. They had everything fixed and ready for me to continue with my renovation plans. I had asked another company to take a look, but they were fully booked and didn't seem interested in helping since it wasn't a high-value job. In contrast, Ernest and his team gave me a quote and even waived the emergency service call fee because I hired them immediately. How thoughtful of them! They made sure the water was correctly shut off, and they came back first thing on the following workday to conduct a quite complex repair. This required excavating our front yard to reach the main water line. The team devised a solution that minimized damage to my pathway and garden. They took additional precautions to safeguard my lawn and the interior route to the cellar. The team, Marvin, Conner, and Raymond, were all very amiable, professional, and took the time to clarify everything in advance. They kept track of the progress with photos. My spouse and I anticipated being without water for several days, but thanks to the diligent and efficient work of this plumbing team, our water was back on the same day. They carefully compressed the soil and restored the grass, making a stressful situation much more manageable by going the extra mile to get our service back up and running. We will certainly call on them for any future plumbing needs.
