Northern Lights hot tubs are the best .. I have 2 one in the French Alps and one in the Yorkshire Dales. I bought my first one off Marco in Belgium in 2007 which is installed at Chatel Le Tadorne in Châtel in the French Alps which we run as a ski chatel. Marco was brilliant in helping with the specification supply and was on hand for any queries I had during the installation. He has supported us ever since when we needed a new control unit and pump. Operational since 2008 so now 16 years old it is only just nearing the end of it life as some of the tops of the stays are becoming a little 'worn' which considering the conditions sometimes down to -20 and up to +35 in the summer. I know others with 'plastic' tubs who are having to replace every 5 to 8 years .. so if looked after they really do last ! Thank Northern Lights and Marco.

I absolutely love my Northern Lights hot tub! Great product, easy assembly, great service and support staff! Left it cool in the SoCal summer. Starting to cool down so we warmed it up. Heats up fast! Looking forward to many years of use.

Reeds sinds 2009 geniet ik nog steeds wekelijks 2 tot 3 keer van mijn hottub. Het grote gebruiksgemak, zowel qua bediening als onderhoud, het feit dat de hottub constant op de juiste temperatuur staat, het houten uitzicht van de kuip en zitplaatsen, de jets die je kan aanpassen in sterkte, het aanwezige licht in de hottub die een speciale sfeer creëert, dit alles zorgt elke keer voor een unieke beleving! Wir haben zwei Zuber von Northern Lights und können diese und den immer mal wieder in Anspruch genommenen Support uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Marco (der Inhaber) ist in jedem Detail "zuhause" und hilft absolut kompetent auch bei schwierigeren Fragen. So kürzlich, als wir ein paar Probleme mit der Installation und Einrichtung eins WiFi Empfängers hatten. Inzwischen läuft er tadellos an beiden Standorten. Fazit: Top Produkte, top Service!

We have two hot tubs from Northern Lights and can recommend them and the support we use from time to time without any restrictions! Marco (the owner) is absolutely familiar with every detail and is highly competent at helping even with more difficult questions. Recently we had a few problems installing and setting up a WiFi receiver. It is now running perfectly at both locations. Conclusion: Top products, top service!
